Order Processing Times
Orders are processed and dispatched within 5 working days. Order processing times are calculated from when your order is placed to when your package leaves us with the Post Office, processing times do not include the time it takes for An Post to get your package to you. Please bear this in mind if your order is required by a specific date.
Standard Post: Up to 2-3 working days for delivery after dispatch. All items are delivered by An Post, and these delivery times are their estimations.
Tracking is available, however it is at a higher cost. Please let us know if you want your parcel tracked.
Please note that we cannot follow up on packages or orders until the above posting time frame has elapsed.

Returns Policy
Paintings created in soft pastel and charcoal are sealed, however this seal is not a guarantee that the pastel wont shift when handled roughly. We package these paintings to the highest standards, with acid free tape and paper sheets, on hard card in a wooden frame. Please handle carefully or give directly to your framer to handle correctly for finishing.
Should you wish to cancel an order, please let us know
as soon as possible to arrange a refund. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once work has commenced.
While our products are packaged carefully in order for them to arrive with you in the same condition that they were sent in, we cannot guarantee how goods will be handled once they leave our possession. Should your order arrive with you in less than perfect condition, please contact us via email at info@ripplestones.net as soon as possible with a picture of the damaged painting. Any returns and packaging will be paid by you, once we have the painting back we will refund the paintings price.
